Men's Groups & Circles

“A safe space for men* to speak openly and honestly about life, and to challenge stereotypes and discrimination found within them and society.”
Too often are men told to 'man up,' and too little are we given the space to open up, and talk honestly about life. The stigma in society that surrounds what asking for help means, often stops men taking the hardest yet most liberating step in to acknowledging things they are experiencing.
This anonymous, non-clinical and safe space is here for men to connect, talk and listen to each other. Free from judgement or ridicule, this group is an open forum to talk about about anything that may be on your mind, or that you are going through.

Our meets run every Thursday, 6-8pm, online, via zoom. You can register your attendance here.
